Family photos at the beach
Still crazy after all these years!
Three years have passed, but nothing much has changed
Well, a few things have changed in three years! It was definitely a good time for a repeat of family photos at the beach in Milford, CT.
It was a much faster trip down the boardwalk to meet me for their family photo session at the beach this time. Mainly because everyone can now walk on their own. No more stroller! No more piles of gear for dad to lug!
After three years, the baby was well, not a baby any more, and big brother and sister were both bigger, but still amazing, grade-schoolers.
It was a lot easier getting “baby” sister to sit up and sit still for her beach photos—no basket need this time. Those gorgeous blue eyes still sparkled in the early morning sunshine.
One of the most rewarding aspects of being a family photographer is getting to connect with families and watch how they magically grow over the years. When parents and kids are happy to see me again, that means that I’m doing my job right.
I know this mom is committed to telling her family’s story with photos that she proudly displays on the walls of her home. I can’t wait for our next session of family photos at the beach—maybe it will be sooner than in three years?!
